I’m Tia Shelley, Founder of Her Voice Communications, a values-led communications consultancy that helps organisations amplify women’s voices through strategic storytelling and campaigns.

Working across sport, health and community sectors, I support values-led organisations to turn their commitment to equality into visible, engaging communications that resonate with audiences and drive meaningful impact.

I run Her Voice Communications independently, which means every project receives direct, considered input and communications strategies tailored to each organisation’s goals. With experience across corporate communications and women-led advocacy work, I bring a strategic yet sensitive approach, particularly when working with complex or lived-experience-led narratives.

I’m currently working on a women-led storytelling initiative with Lewes FC, and leading a 12-month Ambassador Project with Endometriosis South Coast, supporting people with lived experience to become community voices. The Ambassadors raise awareness, educate others, and work to reduce stigma around endometriosis through public speaking, training and community outreach.

Her Voice Communications was created to support organisations that want to move beyond intention and into action. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and results-driven, focused not just on delivering messages, but on amplifying voices and helping organisations create communications that lead to lasting change.
